I led the Midsummer Sale campaign at IKEA, overseeing the communication strategy across multiple stores. My role involved coordinating with various departments to ensure consistent messaging, for the in-store visuals. I delegated tasks to team members based on their departments, ensuring smooth execution of the campaign. I am making sure that communication was clear, cohesive, and effective in driving sales.
